Lois Lynn Thomson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and loving spouse. She left to the spirit world peacefully to be with her ancestors after a long battle with cancer and illness.

She was predeceased by her mother Florence Runns, father Wilfred Hebert, brothers Karl Runns, Conrad, and Randall Spencer; maternal grandparents Flora and Edward Spencer; great-grandparents Charlie Ryder, Lorenzo Thompson and Eliza Tawiyaka.

She leaves to mourn her special spouse Wayne Ironstar, sons Garrett Thomson (Sundance) and Perry Thomson Jr. (Brittany), sisters Cheryl Runns and Lori Poitras (special brother- in-law Tim) and many precious grandchildren, cousins and friends.

A special thank you to Dr. Al-Hayki, her assistant Cindy and Dr. Kothare for all of their care and support over the years. A special thank you to nurses Jenny and Jolene at Pasqua Hospital 4A for the wonderful care she received. The family would like to thank the people for all of the prayers and support that we received through this very difficult time.

Lois was a very beautiful soul who impacted the lives of many people. Her memory will be cherished and she will be sadly missed by all. All of My Relations.

The Celebration of her Life will be held at Tubman Funeral Chapel in Wolseley on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. Visitation and viewing will also be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Carry the Kettle Band Hall with Funeral Services beginning at 1:00 p.m.
