BARTON - On Saturday, February 8, 2014, Margaret Barton, widow of Dick Barton, Fort QuíAppelle, SK died at the age of 95 years. The funeral service will be held in St. Andrewís United Church, Fort QuíAppelle, SK on Friday, February 14, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Sharron Bodnaryk officiating. Cremation with interment in Kelliher Memorial Gardens, Kelliher, SK on Friday, February 14, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Dick in 2012; her parents Addison and Gertrude Wood; two brothers R.J. Wood and Don Wood and one son-in-law Bob Matton. She is survived by her son Bob (Jacquie) Barton, Yorkton, SK; two daughters: Sharon (Julian) Slywka, Fort QuíAppelle; Lois Matton, Guelph, ON; seven grandchildren: Cameron (Susan) Barton, Wade Barton (Kelsey), Michelle (Lonnie) Mercredi, Allyson (Shane Dziad) Slywka, Rita (Richard) Wallace, Darryl Matton (Janelle) and Jane Matton; five great-grandchildren: Cole Barton, Alexander and Erik Mercredi, Avery Dziad and Peyton Matton; four sisters-in-law: Edith Wood, Frieda Wood, Ceola (Bob) Clayton and Vera Striker; brother-in-law Ed Ast and numerous nieces and nephews.
