Mildred E. Florek

A page in our book of memories has gently turned and Heaven has gained an angel. Our loving mother, Mildred, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2014, with all her loving children by her side. She was 91 years of age.

Mildred was predeceased by her loving husband, Isidore of 65 years.

She is survived by her children: Richard (Shirley) Florek, Lillian (John) Mish, Linda (John) Wlodarczyk, Marilyn (Rodney) Cole and Arlene (Tim) Wolbaum; 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.

Our heartfelt thanks go out to Emily (Molly), Judy, Fatima and Geraldine and to all the caregivers that mom had over the past few years.... LOVE, LAUGHTER, SUPPORT. Thanks also to Dr. Jacobus Dewitt, Elda and the Palliative Home Care Team.

A visitation for family and friends will be held in the Tubman Funeral Home, Wolseley, SK, on Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The funeral mass will be celebrated in the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary R.C. Church, Glenavon, SK on Monday, April 14, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. by Rev. Aguinaldo Fermo.

Interment in the R.C. Parish Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire contributions to the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Memorial Fund, Glenavon, SK, S0G 1Y0 may be tokens of remembrance.
