Quite a shock to see Howie's passing. Due to lock down I have not been in the Armouries lately. Howie was one of the best workers around the Armouries . He would often take a few minutes to chat, when he had time, and was very helpful to us. We will miss him as you all will. A life cut short to soon.
Sincerely,
Keith Inches

I was feeling artsy one day. I decided to paint a carpet runner in the kitchen.. fringes and all. Howie came in and commented how nice it was, he thought it was real ! RIP HOWIE ..

Working at the Regina Armoury for 4 years wasn't always easy, but Howie was always around for a quick chat to break the day. Thanks for being there and rest easy, Howie.

I wish to express my sincere heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Howie. I worked with him when I was posted to the Regina Armouries. We used to chat when he was on his breaks about Harleys and Indians. His avid love for bikes is what helped push me to the lifestyle. He is greatly missed. An amazing kind heated man with a sense of humor. Thanks Howie, and may you Rest In Peace brother.
