Brenda, Vicky, Sydney and Family. Many people who met Shane knew that he was a man of strength and love. In my mind he was a very quiet man. But his eyes told you how he cared. He was willing to help anytime. Your in our thoughts and prayers. We wish you comfort knowing how much love shone in your life. It will keep on shining and the memories will be wonderful. He will be missed. God bless you all. You're in the thoughts of so many wishing you peace and hoping for moments your sorrow will cease. Love Robyn and Murray.

I'm so sorry to hear this, Shane was like a gentle giant, he loved his grand babies with all of his heart, and always tried to be there for his children, and spouse, Brenda.
He was a good friend, that would greet you with a smile, and a hi, and if you needed help with anything, and he was around he would always try his best too help.
It saddens me too see, that you've been called to the heaven's above, but I know you will be greeted with open arms, and that you will always be looking down upon all the wonderful family who's hearts you will live on in.
Goodbye my friend, and rest in peace

Shane always stopped to visit whenever you ran into him, even if you hadn’t talked for a long time, he made the conversation seem like it was just yesterday since you chatted . My deepest sympathies to the family. I’m sure he will be greatly missed Heaven’s gain indeed.

Shane was a wonderful son-in-law, a gentle man. We have never heard him raise his voice. Reinhold liked to talk with him. He will be sadly missed.

I remember celebrating Mitchell’s graduation and of course Shane was there also. He was sporting a nice Roughrider cooler bag. I jokingly grabbed it and headed for the door. Of course I was caught and by the end of the evening after a lot of talking he did give me that Roughrider bag!!! I still smile and remember the twinkle in his eyes! May he Rest In Peace.
