She was predeceased by her parents, William & Olive Bellegarde, sister Alma, brother Steve, Jimmy and sister-in-law Jan, Tom and sister-in-law Ann, sister Frieda and brother-in-law Bob. She is survived by her sister Doris, Francis (Alfred), Jean and brothers Keith (Karen) and Terry as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Shirley will be lovingly remembered by her son Chad (Rhonda) and her grandchildren Nolan, Duncan and Maegan McCue of Manitoba.
Shirley enjoyed her career as a nurse in many cities in Canada and later as a cardiovascular technologist in Calgary. She was involved in many volunteer activities when she retired and loved sitting with the elders, doing puzzles, Bingos, knitting, gardening and also being around her younger nieces and nephews and her great nieces and nephews. She loved to travel not only abroad but Canada and the US.
At Shirley’s request there will be no funeral service but ask that all family and friends say a prayer in their own way.
