Tanita Kelly Wesaquate

July 19, 1994 - April 14, 2012

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Tanita Kelly Wesaquate on Saturday, April 14, 2012. She was born and raised in Regina, SK. Tanita was predeceased by one brother, Tyrell, in infancy; grandmothers Freda Wesaquate and Clara Hotomani and grandfather Andrew Hotomani. Tanita is survived by mother Michelle Hotomani (Ryan Eashappie); father Brian Wesaquate; adopted father Everett Runns; brothers: Derian, Larry, Montey, Chad, Kobey, Kashtin and Trent; sister Angel; grandma Irene Hotomani; grandfather Leonard Eashappie; Auntie Connie Hotomani (Stan); uncle Jadon Hotomani (Danette) and uncle Landon Hotomani; two special aunties: Terri Marcia and Sherri Runns. Tanita is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She will always be loved and cherished in our hearts and her memory will always be with us. The wake will be held in the Carry The Kettle Band, Carry The Kettle First Nation, on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. Funeral service (also in the band hall) Friday, April 20, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. with James O’Watch officiating.
