Victor was predeceased by his parents Bill Asham and Caroline Henry; brothers Chuck and Billy; sisters Mary and Rose; grandparents Solomon and Amilia Asham.

He will be remembered by his daughter Tracy George-Heese; grandchildren: Devon, Vincent and Nathaniel; sisters Ileene (Al) and Patsy; auntie Lucy; uncle Glen (Cecelia) Asham; as well as many cousins.
