He was born the youngest of four siblings on September 4th, 1951 in Saint Paul, MN. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. His passion for cars helped him establish his role as a valued mechanic at a local auto body shop in Saint Paul. After leaving the shop, his love for working on cars didn't stop. He was always happy to work on a project big or small with any family member or friend that asked. He's always had an eye for detail and enjoyed the art of coin collecting. He would routinely go to coin shows and made several lifelong friends in the community. For many years he was a sheet metal press operator at Larkin Industries. He left the commercial printer to be a full-time stay-at-home dad to his two youngest children. His family could always find him glued to the tv to cheer on the Minnesota Vikings. He also loved going on walks with his sister and taking in all that nature had to offer, especially birds. He always loved coming across new species of birds that he had yet to identify and learning about them. He was so entranced by Earth's beauty that he would take so many photographs and show them to anyone who would look on with him.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Carrie; his parents Frederick and Doris; his brothers Dennis and Joseph; and his son-in-law Bruce.
He is survived by his children Rebecca, Christopher (Bobbie), Adam (Natasha), and Kelsi; his sister Linda (John); his grandchildren Marcel, Caden, Colton, and Brennyn; and his nephew Jason. He had a special place in his heart for all of his extended family, friends, and neighbors.
