Survived by loving husband, Derek; parents, Daniel & Dixie; brother, Daniel Jr.; mother-in-law, Mary; brother-in-law, Aaron, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. Amy was a courageous young woman, full of life, who touched and inspired many lives. Gathering 3-6 PM Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Wulff Woodbury Chapel, 2195 Woodlane Drive, Woodbury. Our family would like to extend our gratitude to Dr. Murphy & staff at Fairview Ridges Cancer Center. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
