Carl is survived by Wife, Marlene; Children, Jim (Mary Ann) of Belle Plaine, Cindy Schumacher of Lakeland and Ret. USAF SMSgt Douglas (Stephanie) of Beebe, AR; Grandchildren, Tyler, Elizabeth & Annalee Koonst, Andrew & Adam Schumacher and Colleen & Alaina Koonst; Great-Grandson, Jayden Koonst; and Sister, Rose Doub of Albq. NM. He is preceded in death by Parents, Two Sisters and Son-in-Law, Paul Schumacher. Funeral Service Friday 10:30 am at Newport Lutheran Church (900 - 15th St. Newport) Visitation Thursday 4-7 pm at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home (2195 Woodlane Dr. Woodbury) with Am. Legion Ritual at 7 pm; Visitation also one hour prior to the service at church. Interment Glenwood City Cemetery, Wisconsin.
