Charlene Marie Parenteau

She was survived by her husband, Gerry; son, Tom (Shari); daughters, Cindy (DJ) and Sue (Eric); 4 grandchildren, Crystal (Tom), Gerry (Cassandra), Madeline (Camron), Heather (fiance, John); 5 great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Star, Calvin, Tyler and Kaley. Charlene is also survived by brother, Jim (Sue) along with several brothers & sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly.

Charlene enjoyed several hobbies, including sewing, crocheting, embroidery, cooking, fishing, archery, gardening and bird watching from the comfort of her living room.

One of Char's passions was traveling to Hawaii. She and Gerry visited Hawaii 5 times, and she often said that if she didn't have family here, she'd pack her bags and move there...

Char also loved going to Rush Lake with Gerry during the summers. They would spend countless hours on their pontoon fishing, just waiting to shout "fish on" and praying it was the big one!

Although Char was not with us long enough, we feel truly blessed to have had her in our lives as long as we did. She will be deeply missed.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 5, 2024 at 12:00 pm with Visitation 2 hours prior to service, from 10 am - 12 pm at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury, MN 55125. A luncheon will immediately follow the service at the funeral home.
