Cheryl Lynn

Cheryl was born April 22, 1953 in Fargo, ND to Ila Mae (Christensen) and Milton S. Thorstad.

Cheryl graduated from Fargo South High School in 1971 and married John D. Fremstad, MD. She was a stay-at-home mom for 23 years, taking care of her four children. At age 39 she began her college education earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University in 1997. Cheryl enjoyed scrapbooking and geneology, taking many trips to discover long passed relative. She worked at Ecolab Inc. for 20 years, retiring in April 2019. Cheryl was most relaxed when she was holding and rocking her grandbabies as they slept.

Cheryl is survived by her four children, Heather (Anthony) Anderson, Paynesville, MN; Jason (Lindsey) Fremstad, Minnesota City, MN; Rachel (Marjorie) Fremstad, Apple Valley, MN; and Erik (Paige) Fremstad, Olympia, WA; her 6 grandchildren, her cousin, Paula Christensen, and her precious dog, Bella.

She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Ila Mae, ex-husband John Fremstad.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 12:00pm - 3:00pm, at Wulff Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr. Woodbury, MN 55125.

Burial to occur at a later date.
