

Diane was born on December 7, 1946 in Richland Center, Wisconsin and spent her early years in Yuba, Wisconsin, before marrying Harold and moving to St. Paul, Minnesota. She built a life centered on family, kindness, and creating meaningful connections with those she loved.
Diane is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Harold; her daughter, Krista (Ed) Schuebel; her grandsons, Troy (Ellen) Schuebel and Kyle Schuebel; and her brother, Randy (Donna) Snorek. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elgin and Marcy Snorek, and other beloved family members.
Diane worked for several years with the St. Paul School District where she enjoyed supporting students and staff. She found joy in reading, gardening, and cheering on her grandsons’ sports teams, and traveling with Harold and her family. Diane never missed an opportunity for a good conversation and had a special gift for connecting with people. Whether chatting with family, friends, neighbors, or someone she had just met, she was rarely at a loss for words.
Those who knew Diane will remember her for her kindness, patience, gentle spirit, and unwavering devotion to her family. Her warmth touched the lives of many, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to friends who supported them and caregivers who provided compassion, comfort, and exceptional care to Diane throughout her journey with Alzheimer’s disease.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Diane's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
A private family service will be held to celebrate Diane's life and honor her memory.
Diane's legacy of love, quiet strength, and kindness will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
