Passed away peacefully on April 3rd, 2015. Preceded in death by Parents; Wife, Karen; Son, Jack; & Two Grandchildren. Survived by Children, Steven (Carol), Linda, Mark, Judy (Mike), & David Cooke; numerous Grand and Great-Grandchildren; & Many Other Relatives & Friends. Celebration Of Life will be held Wednesday, April 8, from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM, with memory sharing at 12:00 PM, at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Drive, Woodbury.
