She was preceded in death by her beloved mother and father; her husband, John W. Henry; her six older sisters, Clara, Nona, Lettie, Louese, Darlene, Loucille, and her one brother, Richard "Dick" Baker.
She is survived by her son, Douglas (Tami) Henry; and daughters, Debra (Tony) Cruz and Linda (Stuart) Monk; and six grandchildren, John and James Cruz, William, Andrew and Scott Monk, and Colin Henry.
Inez was a hard working farm girl with a deep appreciation for her loving mother. As a child, she loved to play softball and soccer, even though her time was limited with her responsibilities at home, at the farm, taking care of her mother in a wheelchair, and supporting Dick with farm chores. Inez adored her mother Katie, who was always supportive and loving of her growing children. As the youngest of eight, family was very important; some fond memories include the Baker reunions, weddings, and baby showers where she could show her love and support. She also loved cooking and baking, and found joy in providing treats for those she loved.
Mom had special love that extended to her nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews, along with many more family members, and friends who felt like family. Everyone who knew her felt her presence as a blessing in their lives. She will be greatly missed and cherished forever.
