A loving Husband of 70 yrs to Tatiana Ilievsky, whom preceded him in death. He was also a father of 3, Olexander (Liana) Ilievsky, Ludmila (Joseph) Anaya, Tamara Grott; Grandfather of 9; Great-Grandfather of 16; along with additional loving family in Ukraine and Russia. Ivan was a great and admirable man who had, not only accomplished, but overcome many things. Born in Zaporizhia, Ukraine, he was a survivor of the Holodomor, WW II, and a concentration camp. Some of his greatest accomplishments were for his family, for whom he crossed oceans to give them a good life. Migrating his family to Brazil and then the United States, which he loved dearly. He was a man we admired, cherished and honored. He will be greatly missed.

We, who are left behind, are ever grateful that Dido never gave up after his young life was interrupted by the war.
I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
