At her home in Woodbury after a courageous battle with congestive heart failure. Jacquie is preceded in death by her Husband, Dick; Brother, Ivan. She will be deeply missed by her Loving Daughter & Son, Jo-Ann and Jim. Her family meant the world to her. She had 4 grandchildren: Jenny (Shane) Urbano, Brad (Michelle), Jay (Jenni) & Katie Peterschick; and adored her 8 Great-Grandchildren: Elijah and Bohdi Urbano, Jackson, Jimmy and Jasper More, Odin and Axel More, and Lucas Peterschick. She was very excited to hear that 2 Great-Granddaughters are on the way this winter. She is also survived by her dear Sister, Thelma Miller; Sister-in Law, Virginia Fox; Nieces & Nephews: Ron, Marilyn & Jim Miller, John & Gary Elliot, Jackie Ann Ravino (all from upstate New York).

Jacquie was born in Cortland, New York on January 31, 1927. She grew up in Oneonta, New York and graduated from Oneonta High School and married James Richard on April 3, 1947. She worked for NW Bell for 28 years. She loved her flower garden and her monthly game of Mahjong. She enjoyed laughing and making memories. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Service of Remembrance at 11 AM on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at House of Hope Presbyterian Church, 797 Summit Ave., St. Paul. Visitation from 4-7pm on Tuesday at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodland Dr., Woodbury and one hour prior to the service at church. Interment Union Cemetery.
