Born September 24, 1963 and passed away unexpectedly July 10, 2014. Preceded in death by her grandparents. Survived by her children, Lyndsay and Jeffrey; parents, Gary and Lee Jorgensen; former husband, Scott Nelson; and little pup, Gracie. Memorial Service Tuesday, 11am at Woodbury Lutheran Church, 7380 Afton Road, Woodbury, with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
