I was watching Milan and thought of Jeff because he told me once of his plan to retire in China with his significant other. I googled Jeff on a whim and my heart almost broke when his obituary showed up. Jeff was the only supervisor at MSP/TSA I ever called 'Boss'. I called him 'Boss' because he earned my respect by showing fairness, integrity, and humor.  Only a handful of people have ever earned the level of respect Jeff earned from me. 

Rest in peace Boss.

I was privileged to have worked for, and with Jeff, at TSA.  He was exacting, tough, but fair. Jeff had a great sense of humor and was a stand-out employee at TSA.  Jeff was a champion of implementing and protecting employee relations and served as a great conduit for positive communications. I am so sorry to hear of his passing and my condolences to Jeff's family.  A great person to know.  He will be missed.

Jeff was a delightful spirit that shined through  in all he did!  He tried to bring out the best of all of those he worked with!  He willbe terribly missed as he truly cared about his people, Tsa's mission and the traveling public. And in his personal life he was loved by his beautiful family!  Rest in peace my friend!

The world lost a great man. He was my work dad and protected me as so when needed. I am sad i could not be there to pay my last respects but he is in my prayers. He was very happy that i was taking the steps to move on with my career and out of tsa and i wont let him down.

14 years is a long time to know someone. We laughed about the old Globe days and stayed passionate about the new days with TSA. No matter the circumstance, I could always count on you for a joke or voice of reason. I'm thankful for you my friend, in helping me become a leader and a better person. I will miss you,although we have lost you on earth, we gained an angel. Rest in paradise.

I could always count on Jeff to be a bright spot on any day at the airport. Even when he was irritated about something, he still found humor in the situation. Will miss those moments.

Jeff had no hot or cold. If you saw fire in his eyes, he was going to play a joke on you. If his eyes were soft and blue, his was resting before a blow out lecture.If he was sweating, he was advised to take a brake before someones' feelings would be hurt. I worked with Jeff at the airport for many years and he will be dearly missed. He was always upbeat and had a positive attitude that was infectious to all around him. RIP my brother!!!

My sympathy for the family, I sat and talked with Jeff many hours at the checkpoint when airline agents were assigned to sit with t.s.a. I will miss his smile and his personality!!!

Known Jeff for several years at the airport always one of my favorite people to see.  Always a big smile and cheered me up when I was feeling sad!  I will miss him.

I remember one day when i was over at terminal 2 I was going through the check point with spirits 700 pound wheelchair  when jeff said Ricky come through here and show me how to close this thing

It was my honor to meet Jeff my first day on the TSA ckpt. I enjoyed his smile and wit. He was definitely one of the good ones. I will miss him. But I am sure he is up there helping keep the other angels in line. Sleep easy Jeff and know you are missed.
