Preceded in death by his parents, Carl & Doris Port; brother, Carl Port; and sister, Doris Port.
Jeffrey is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sandy Port; daughter, Tammy (Lee) Sandberg; step-children, Mike (Grace) Martagon, Theresa (Greg) Bergeron, Rich Martagon, and Kim (Bryon) Sailes; ten grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; brothers, Alfred (Janice) and Elton (Karen) Port; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends whom will all miss him dearly.
Funeral Service Friday, September 6th 11:00am with visitation one hour prior at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home 2195 Woodlane Dr, Woodbury.
Interment Union Cemetery.
