Age 44, of Woodbury, passed away December 11, 2017 after a 2 year battle with brain cancer.

A 1992 graduate of Hill Murray High School, Jeffrey's family was always most important to him. Motivated by his faith, he was an active member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church.

Preceded in death by mother, Mary Jo and brother-in-law, Brian Johnson.

He is survived by his wife, Danica; daughters, Josephine and Georgia; father, Roy (Diane); sister, Stephanie (Tom) McCarthy; brothers, Roy (Colleen), Brian (Kelly) Aubrey, Andrew, Daniel (Kim), Joseph (Katie), Michael; godchildren, Megan McCarthy, Emmalise Rueb; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Charles and Susan Johnson; sister-in-law, Heather (Steve) Johnson-Galli; brother-in-law, Steve Galli and 15 nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 14 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury, MN.

Mass Of Christian Burial will be Friday, December 15 at 11:00 AM with visitation from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 4125 Woodbury Dr., Woodbury, MN 55129.

Interment will take place at Guardian Angels Catholic Cemetery in Oakdale, MN.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
