Pete was a brilliant solution seeker, an inspiring leader, and an engaging educator.  He taught me how to listen, how to speak, and how to understand people's needs.  He showed me how to guide others to improve themselves and their situations.  Pete was my mentor and my friend, and I will truly miss him.

My sympathy goes out to the McNair family.  I only met Pete a few times during the Feast of Tabernacles. I'm saddened by his loss and the sorrow his family must be enduring, but gladdened by the knowledge that we will see him again in God's Kingdom.  I'm glad I met Pete. He was a fine man.

Even knowing the GLORY that Pete will experience in the future, doesn't stop the feeling of how much I'm going to miss him and his voice of instruction and wisdom.  I've found it very hard not to shed tears.  As Pete would have all do, we too must "keep-on-keeping-on", just like Pete did.  May Gods Love and Strength cover and fill the lives of Miquelyn, and Pete's children and family.

I am sorry to hear the sad news. My deepest condolences and prayer to his parents, siblings, Mique and his children (and Germano family) and may the peace of our Creator be with you all. I knew Pete at Ambassador, and he was a good ambassador for God's way of life.

We were so touched to meet and spend time with Pete at one of the family reunions. He was a genuine and authentic person who so loved his family. We could not understand anyone wanting to live in Minnesota but, realized that nature was one of Pete's likes. So it was natural for him to love the outdoors. Our hearts go out to you at this time.

I was privileged to grow up with the brilliant McNair kids. Peter was a straight ‘A' student. The only ‘B' he ever got was in his final college class. He had an ‘A' in the Statistics class when it finished a week early. The professor wanted to devote the last week of classes to his own pet theory. Peter looked into it and decided it was a waste of time and didn't attend. The professor changed his grade to a ‘B'. I asked Peter if he'd wished he'd gone to those classes. He said, “No way, that would have been a complete waste of time.” Way to go Peter! You used your time wisely and you motivated me to try to do the same. I spent a decade studying how to make better learning choices like Peter. I discovered 10 strategies. If they would be a blessing to you, I'll send them as a blessing from Peter.

To Mique ,Meghan, Joel, Lauren, Nolan, and the entire McNair/Germano families:  We send our deepest condolences and prayers out to you during the next few difficult days. In the many days, weeks, months ahead may peace and comfort be with you all.

Pete lived a life that honored his name, a life worthy of his calling, such that the day of his death truly was greater than the day of his birth.  His new name, written on a white stone, awaits him.  May we follow his good example to the same end.

I am sorry to hear that Pete has left us. I worked with him at the MN Supreme Court, and never heard a negative word from him even during the most stressful times. He was always willing to tackle any problem. The world is a lesser place with him gone.

I am sorry to have heard about Pete's passing. He was a great listener and a brilliant problem solver. Pete's positive attitude in the face of the toughest challenges inspired those of us who worked with him at Tyler Technologies. He left me with many memories I will cherish, and I am glad to have learned from his insight.

To Pete's family, please accept my condolences. I was a co-worker of Pete's for many years. I very much enjoyed his company. He was a trusted friend, respected and loved. I often told Pete that he was "one of my very favorite people". I am better for having known him. He will be missed in many ways.
