Passed away suddenly on Monday, February 15, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rolland and Kathleen Foster and Uncle Butch. Kevin is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Jenny; children, Dylan and Nicole; sister, Barb (Dale) Sachs; niece and nephew, Ashley (Anibal) and Matt (Asia); great niece and nephews, Cameron, Cayden, and Caylee Jo; and many other close relatives and friends. Visitation Wednesday, Feb. 17 from 4-7 PM at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, Feb. 18 at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior at The Church of Guardian Angels, 8260 4th St. N, Oakdale. Interment at Guardian Angels Cemetery.
