Passed away peacefully surrounded by family Tuesday, June 9, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Jean, in December 2001; sister, Phyllis Scheipsmeier; and brother, Tony. Louis is survived by his children, Michael (Sheila), Pattie Danna Kraus, Louis “Lou” Jr. (LeeAnn), Samuel “Joe” (Cherie), and Debora (Pat) Boyd; grandchildren, Kate, Nickie, and Vinnie Kraus, Jenna and Tony Danna, Ricky(Liz), Brittani (Denny), Sammi, and Vanessa Danna, Michelle (Todd) DeMerit, Sally, Kevin, and Aidan Boyd; eight great-grandchildren; and brother, Sam. Visitation will be Thursday, June 18 from 4-7 PM at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, 8260 4th St. N, Oakdale. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, June 19 at 10 AM with visitation one hour prior also at Guardian Angels Catholic Church. Inurnment at Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights.
