Age 87 Of St. Paul, MN

Passed away on November 15, 2012. She was a Longtime Member of Hazel Park Congregational United Church of Christ and was active with their Women’s Fellowship group. Norma help found the Pipe Lake Farkle Players Club. She was a retired legal secretary and an accomplished sailor, quilter and clogger. Norma is survived by her Son, Robert (Jeanne) Denkmann of Seattle and Daughter, Barbara Rand (Dino Mangine) of Woodbury; Grandchildren, Phillip (Rory), Thomas (Kelly) & Peter Rand and Bradley, Elizabeth & Jillian Denkmann; Great-Grandchildren, Caiden & Wesley Rand; Nieces & Nephews. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Charles in 1996 and by her Sister, Ellen Raybon. A Funeral Service will be held for Norma at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 19 at Hazel Park Congregational UCC, 1831 E. Minnehaha Ave, St. Paul. Visitation one hour prior. Interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery of Mahtomedi.

Norma was a wonderful woman. I used to sit next to her in choir at Hazel Park Church and enjoyed singing with her. We always got in trouble with the choir director for giggling. She was always a happy person and made everyone smile.
