Paul grew up in Woodbury and graduated from Woodbury High School in 1978. He went on to chef school at St. Paul Technical College in 1980 and worked in the restaurant industry.
Paul was an avid coffee drinker, a master of jigsaw puzzles and string art. He was an excellent cook and enjoyed classic rock, although his favorite band was Maroon 5.
He was preceded in death by his father Anthony.
Paul will be missed deeply by his wife of 23 years Pam; mother, Mary Ann; siblings: Chris (Gina), Lisa (Steve), Mary (Jim), Milissa (Rich), Jon (Mary) and many nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Guardian Angels Catholic Church in Oakdale, visitation will begin at 10:00AM.
In lieu of flowers, memories preferred to the American Cancer Society, Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota or NAMI.
