Passed away at her home on Friday night, December 21, 2012. She was born the daughter of Harold and Margaret (McDougall) Witham on October 7, 1947 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Peggy graduated from Forest Lake High School in 1965. In 1978, she earned a degree from the Minnesota School of Business. Peggy had been working in HR communications at 3M, where she worked for over 20 years. Peggy will remain in the hearts of her daughter and son-in-law, Anissa & Michael Stumbo of Woodbury; 6 grandchildren: Cody (17) & Noah (15) of Elk River, and Tyler (11), Hailey (7), Josh (17) & Michaela (15), all of Woodbury; three brothers: Bob (Judy) Witham of Helena MT, Dan (Diane) Witham of Centerville MN, and Dave Witham of Forest Lake MN; sister-in-law, Rosemary Witham of Harris MN; many nieces, nephews, extended family & friends. Preceded in death by parents, Harold & Margaret Witham and brother, Jim Witham. A Memorial Service will be held to celebrate Peggy’s life at 1:00 PM, on Friday, January 4 at Five Oaks Church, 4416 Radio Dr, Woodbury. Memorials are preferred to the church.
