Randy, who brightened others' lives with his infectious smile and 'high fives', went to be with his Lord and Savior on October 28, 2010. He is the beloved son of Roy and Betty Erickson; brother to Lori (Helmut) Schmidt, Lizabeth (Brian Raney) Erickson, Lydia (Steven) McKay, Lea (David) Brynestad, Lynne Erickson, and Luanne Anderson; uncle to Andrew (son Moses), Allie, Abram, Abigail, Allison, Andrea, Melinda, Stephanie, Elise, Drew, Samuel, Paul, Benjamin, Blane, Leah, and Lohr; and other extended family and friends. Randy was born in Moorhead, MN on June 15, 1957, and was a 1975 graduate of Park Senior High in Cottage Grove. He resided at Red Wing Health Center for the past 28 years where he touched many lives and left a lasting imprint on many hearts. He will be sadly missed by those who knew him and loved him. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday, November 5, 2010 at Lutheran Church of Peace, Maplewood, MN. Visitation will be 9:30-11:00 prior to service.
