Passed away peacefully of heart failure, surrounded by his loving family on May 20, 2014. He is preceded in death by Parents, John & Coletta Fischer; Brother, Jim; and Sisters, Gloria, Janice, Claudette & Jeanne. Survived by his Loving Children, Brian (Angela), Brandon, Sarah & Tony; Grandchildren, Evan & Kennedy; Brother, Jerry (Elaine); Brothers-in-Law, Jerry & Russ; and many Nieces, Nephews, Relatives & Friends. Rich served in the Air Force out of high school. He worked more than three decades for Met Council as an Engineer. He was loved so much by everyone and will be greatly missed. Please keep Rich & our families in your thoughts. We are so grateful to have him as our father. A Visitation will be held Monday, June 9 from 5-8 PM at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury, with words and stories starting around 7:15 PM. Private Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
