Robert L. Benjamin

Passed away unexpectedly on 2/9/15 at his home. Rob graduated from Park Cottage Grove HS, class of ’93, and had degrees from Concordia College of St. Paul and St. Scholastica of Duluth. He joined the MN National Guard upon graduating from high school and served 6 yrs. He worked for the University of MN, Canadian Pacific Railroad, AT&T, Cypress Semiconductor, and the Washington County Library System. Survived by wife Laura Inda; children Mia, Luke; parents, Rob (his best friend) & Peggy; sisters, Sarah Williams (Jeff St. Germain), Maggie (Tony) Sukha; brother Joe (Samantha); nieces, Amanda, Priya, Sonya; nephew Jack; many aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. Rob was especially gifted at provoking laughter and providing amusement. Rob was a great dad who loved his kids more than anything. Visitation on Thurs., 2/12, 4-8PM at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury. Mass of Christian Burial on Fri., 2/13, 11AM at St. Ambrose of Woodbury Catholic Community, 4125 Woodbury Dr., Woodbury, with Visitation 1 hr. prior. Interment at Cottage Grove Cemetery, Cottage Grove.
