Robert Earl Nordstrom

Robert's parents, Earl and Helen, who preceded him in death, raised him in St. Paul, where he met his loving wife Linda, with whom he shared 51 years of marriage. He is survived by wife Linda Nordstrom, their children Christina (Dan Bates) and Jill Nordstrom, his brother, Ralph (Pam) Nordstrom, their children and many more family and dear friends.

A gathering will be held at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home 2195 Woodlane Drive, Woodbury, MN on Sunday, Feb. 18th 2024 from 1-4pm.

Robert was a skilled tradesman and a member of Local 455 Pipefitters Union since 1972. He worked in the field as a pipefitter, instructed welding, and from 1992 until 2010 instructed the Local 455 Day School Pipefitter Apprentice Program at St. Paul TVI, now St. Paul College. He was an instructor through the UA at both Purdue University and Michigan University. Robert was a member of both NSRA and MSRA, participating in car shows year round and loved working on hot rods and classic cars with close friends. He loved being in nature, fishing, and hunting best of all.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Jude's Research Hospital for Children or to charity of choosing.
