Robert Henry Sorbel, age 101, of Hastings, MN, passed on May 5, 2026.
He was born on May 3, 1925 in Minneapolis, MN to Henry and Oleanna Sorbel.
He was preceded in death his parents; wife, Jeanette; and sons, Craig and Kelly.
Robert is survived by daughter, Debra; granddaughter, Kristin (Christopher Dourte) Anderson; great-grandchildren, Emilee, Hailee, Sophia, Mckayla, and Hunter; and many relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 from 4-7pm at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury. Funeral Service on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 11 am, with a visitation starting at 10 am, at Cottage Grove United Church of Christ, 7008 Lamar Ave. So., followed by burial at Cottage Grove Cemetery.
