Ronald Michael Sorcic

Twice decorated Air Force Veteran, Husband, Father, Grandfather, Son, and Brother passed away on January 3, 2023.

Preceded in death by his mother Claire, father Alfred, and brother Brian. Survived by wife of 40 years, Naomi, his four daughters Mary (Matt) Haggerty, Laura (Brian) Pook, Sharon (Andy) Faufau and Annie (Mitch) Spano, and his 5 grandchildren Evan and Eli Pook and Avila, Zelie, and Lily Faufau.

Visitation will be held Monday January 9, 2023 from 4-7 PM at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Drive, Woodbury, MN 55125. Requiem Latin Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 10 AM at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 408 Third St. North, South St. Paul, MN. Mass will be preceded with a 9:30 AM Rosary. Luncheon to follow. Graveside burial with military honors at 2:00 PM at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Those fortunate to know Ron knew he was a devout Catholic, loyal husband, loving father, trusted friend, and a great listener. Ron lived with unwavering faith and had a special ability to recognize and console people that were hurting yet unseen, down on their luck or in need of encouragement. He had a gentle heart and was always rooting for the underdog. He strove to make someone smile everyday. He was loved as deeply as he loved.
