Tom attended St. Thomas Academy for high school, and attended college at St. Paul College and the University of Wisconsin River Falls. He was an avid skier, loved spending time at the North Shore, and adored his sons and family.
Tom worked as a general contractor and was a jack of all trades.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Ziegler; and loving dogs Elsa, Max and Deutschie.
Tom is survived by sons Nick, Alex, and their mother Marilyn Ziegler; mother Kay Ziegler; sister Elizabeth (Ben) Strub Ziegler; nieces Rachel and Anya; nephew RJ; dear friend Liz Evensen; and Great Dane Thor.
A funeral service for Thomas will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 11:00 AM, with a visitation one hour prior, at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr, Woodbury, Minnesota 55125.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to Outcomes Inc., a home for people with autism, or Great Dane Rescue of MN & WI.
