Died suddenly in an accident on August 11, 2016. Survived by Loving Wife, Kris; Children, Kelly (Robert) Bass, Tyler and Trent; Grandchildren, Alex and Kenna; Mother, Lois; Siblings, John, Lori Hawthorne and Steve; Many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Memorial Service 7:00 PM Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Wulff Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury with a Visitation starting at 5:00 PM until time of Service. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
