Passed away on April 29, 2013. Tram is preceded in death by her Husband, Phong Phan; Son, Dong Phan. She is survived by her Seven Children and Five Grandchildren. A Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Funeral Service at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 3 at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Drive in Woodbury.
