Was born on May 6, 1929 in Hugo, MN and passed away on October 3, 2017 at The Pillars Hospice Care Center.
Violet was preceded in death by parents, Michael and Cecelia Steiner; brothers, Louis and Mickey; sister, Bonnie; husband, Reuben Sontag; son, Douglas Sontag; step-daughter, DeAnna Anderson.
Violet will be deeply missed by husband, Earl Williams; children, Sandy (Frank) Scheuble, David (Lynn) Sontag, Lynn Sontag; step-children, Larry (Judy) Williams, Susan (Barry) Bergman, Steven (Katherine) Williams, Paul (Rosemary) Williams; many grandchildren, great- grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, October 11 at 10am at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, 8260 4rh St. N, Oakdale. Visitation to begin at 9am.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
