Passed peacefully November 7, 2016, after a battle with cancer. He is survived by loving wife of 55 years, Arvilla; children, Dave (Annie), Dan (April), Tim (Kathy), Tricia (Mike) Thissen; grandchildren, Amanda, Adam, Jenna, Joe, Jack, Connor, Cole, Cade, Carly, Mariko, Iva; sister, Darlene Bailey; many other relatives and friends. Wally loved living up north during his retirement years, golfing, fishing, polka dancing, and most importantly, spending time with his wife, grandkids and family. Funeral Service 6:00 PM Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Christ Episcopal Church, 7305 Afton Road, Woodbury. Visitation 4:00 - 6:00 PM.
