Mom, you scattered love, faith, and joy throughout your life. You met John “Bud” Pflugi in Proctor, when you were 14, and your friendship and love never waned throughout 66 years of marriage. As a team, you raised Anne (Tresy) Pflugi (Dave Schafer), John (Lee) Pflugi, Beth (Jeff) Hvass, Matthew Pflugi (Patti Morris), and MaryJane (Mark) Spitzmueller. Dad and we will pass on your legacy to 16 grandkids and 14 greats. Your friends were for life. Your joyful service to others was a constant – at church, with the elderly, and to anyone you met. Even in your final months, you managed to spread joy to the staff and residents at Cerenity Care Center. Alzheimer’s ended your life, but not your love, faith, and joy. Thank you for that legacy. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Alzheimer’s Association, Cerenity Foundation, or Guardian Angels Angel Fund.
