

Irma Linda Ibarra, loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and dear friend passed away on October 6, 2013. She was born in Carrizo Springs, Texas on January 6, 1953. She was bravest in her final days, always with a beautiful smile and happy disposition. She held her family close to her, especially her treasured grandchildren whom she always made feel loved and special, whether it be by sending letters the old fashioned way (through the mail) or always cooking and feeding them to always making sure they had a warm jacket. Her love and caring ways extended to all her numerous nieces and nephews as well. She never forgot a birthday and always had a way of making you feel special and important.
Linda is survived by brothers, Leopoldo Ibarra of Texas and Gerald Ibarra of San Diego, CA and sisters Dalia Uribe and Irene Rubio, both of Woodlake, CA. She will be laid to rest alongside her brother, David Ibarra. Linda is also survived by loving daughter Marisa Ibarra, and grandson Anthony James Ibarra and granddaughter Victoria Alice Gonzalez, all of Woodlake, CA; loving daughter Nancy Ibarra of Bakersfield and grandson Jacob Matthew Ibarra of Woodlake, CA; loving daughter Cynthia Marie Sherwood and granddaughters, Hannah Marie Sherwood, Christina Susan Sherwood and Sierra Mckenzie Sherwood, all of Three Rivers, CA; loving daughter, Adriana Alicia Ibarra and grandson Johnathan Ray White of Woodlake, CA; loving son, Joseph Ray Ibarra and granddaughters, Justice Marie Ibarra, Elizabeth Adriana Ibarra, and Alexis Ibarra and grandson, Joseph Ibarra, Jr., all of Arkansas.
Linda will be missed, but she was a treasure to all who knew and loved her.
Graveside services will be held at Woodlake Cemetery on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 10 a.m.
