He is survived by his devoted mother Phyllis Hernandez.
He is reunited in peace with his brother Joaquin A. Hernandez, grandmother Cresencia Garcia, grandfather Jose Garcia, 5 uncles, 2 aunts and his beloved son, Anthony Jr.
Services will be held at a later time.
