Although Virginia is no longer with us physically, she will forever be in the hearts of the people she met through out Tulare Co. She always had a smile for everyone that crossed her path. She greeted everyone with a hug and a kiss. There was always a word of advice for those who were in need, making one feel important.
She was a mom, an aunt, and a grandma to everyone. She dedicated her life to the Migrant farm workers and students having fund-raisers for scholarships to help the less fortunate fulfill their dreams of furthering their education. She is/was a very important person in Woodlake, well known and loved by all and will greatly be missed.
