Angel was born on 10/06/1959 to Fermina Andrade and Benjamin Garmendia in Honduras. He then moved to the United States with his mother and sister Blanca and resided in Jackson Heights.
Angel worked at a State Correctional Facility as a Corrections Officer.
Angel had 5 children Arelis, Barbara, Tatianna, Katiana and Angel Jr.
He found joy in fishing, music, rollerskating, handball and the simple moments in life. A man of great wisdom and knowledge, his words, love, and lessons will live on in all who knew him.
Angel was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his wife Aurora, 5 children, sister Blanca, nephew Evaristo and his niece Zuleika.
Services will be held at Conway Funeral Home on 9/26/2026 from 3-8pm.
