Aurelina Altagracia Nunez Rogers

Aurelina was a woman of deep faith and compassion whose life was dedicated to service, family, and God. She attended the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, where she pursued her passion for medicine and went on to serve in the healthcare profession for over 30 years. Her commitment to caring for others touched countless lives.

A devoted Christian, Aurelina’s faith was the foundation of her life. She was an active member of her church community and leaned on her strong belief in God during both joyful and challenging times.

She is preceded in death by her loving parents, Francisca Eleonora Rogers de Nunez and Vinicio Nunez. She is survived by her brothers, Hector Nunez and Amado Nunez, along with her adored nieces, nephews, family members, friends, and church family, all of whom will deeply miss her warmth, kindness, and unwavering spirit.

A celebration of Aurelina’s life will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Thomas and Quinn Funeral Home in Queens, New York.

Aurelina will forever be remembered for her generosity, faith, and the love she shared with everyone fortunate enough to know her.
