Cecil Chase 90 of Roosevelt Island, New York entered into eternal rest on December 8, 2012. He was born on April 15, 1922 in Barbados to Vincent Chase. Cecil had a career working with Electronics. He will be missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Services are private.
