Obituary of Costa "Gus" George Leodas

Costa "Gus" George Leodas, also known as Gus Leodas, passed away on February 12, 2026, at the age of 92. Born on March 10, 1933, Gus was a resident of Melville, New York.

Reposing will take place on February 17, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Saint Paraskevi Greek Orthodox Shrine Church, located at 1 Shrine Pl, Greenlawn, NY 11740.

The Funeral Liturgy will follow on February 17, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the same location.

Gus will be laid to rest on February 17, 2026, from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm at Maple Grove Cemetery, located at 127-15 Kew Gardens Rd, New York, NY 11415.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Gus Leodas to Special Olympics NY, 500 Bi County Boulevard Suite 465, Farmingdale, New York 11735.
