

friend, who passed away on November 22, 2025. Born and raised on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, “Down the
Bowery,” Francis carried with him the grit, warmth, and spirit of his beloved neighborhood throughout his life.
A lifelong sports enthusiast and die-hard New York Yankees fan, he shared his love of the game with family and
friends, passing down his passion and knowledge of the sport to those around him. He also had a deep love for dogs
and animals, which was reflected in his lifelong support of causes like the ASPCA.
Francis worked for the United States Postal Service for 39 years, dedicating his career to service and reliability.
Beyond his work, he was a generous supporter of charitable organizations, including the Make A Wish Foundation
St. Jude Hospital, Wounded Warriors Project, Alzheimer’s Association and the ASPCA.
He dedicated his life to his beloved wife, Lisa Cea, for over 49 ½ wonderful years. He loved, respected, and provided
for her throughout their life together, and in his final days, his greatest wish was to care for her and ensure her well-being.
Together, they raised two children who have gone on to achieve great success in their personal and
professional lives—a testament to his unwavering dedication, guidance, and love.
Above all, Francis will be remembered for his loyalty, kindness, and devotion to family. His warmth, humor, and
steadfast presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Lisa Cea, his two children Daniel and Tiffany and extended family and friends who
cherished him.
A celebration of his life will be held on Friday November 28, 2025 9:30am at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church 25-38 80th street, East Elmhurst, NY 11380.
The Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, 25-02 80th St, New York, NY 11370, on November 28, 2025, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
The committal service will take place at Conway Funeral Home, 41-45 58th Street, Woodside, NY 11377, on November 28, 2025, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.
Donations in Francis’s name can be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital,
Wounded Warrior Project, Alzheimer’s Association or the ASPCA.
Francis’s legacy of love, devotion to his family, Yankee pride, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew
him.
