Wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, nurse, neighbor - Janet was so very special to us all in countless ways.

The Burns Family would like to thank everyone who said a prayer, came to visit and sent their love over these past few days and throughout her illness. With Janet’s long 10-year fight with Parkinson’s Disease, this poem came to mind.

Come To Me
God saw you were getting tired, and a cure was not to be,
So He put his arms around you, and whispered
“Come to Me”.
With tearful eyes we watched you, And saw you pass away.
Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.

Janet, Sadie, Mom, Grandma - We love you always!
Your Burns Larson Bunch

Sister and best friend. Always there for everyone, never thinking of herself. Family was number one to her and it will never be the same without her. She kept it all together.
I will hold her in my heart until we meet again!
Love forever,
Eileen xo
