Loving father of Ann Wallace (Richard), Rose Fegan (Bernie), Margaret, Patricia (John), Teresa Fitzgibbon-Zawadski (Alex), Patrick (Caitlin) and Brian(Lauren). Cherished grandfather of Michael John Finn, Ryan John O'Mahony, Shannon Rose Fegan, Christopher Patrick O'Mahony, Kaitlyn Emma Fegan, Susan Mary Fitzpatrick, Tara Erin Fegan, Sean Patrick Fitzpatrick, Nora Rose Wallace, Patrick Ryan Fegan, John Patrick Fitzgibbon, Liam Ruairi Fitzgibbon, Rose Maeve Fitzgibbon and Hannah Catherine Fitzgibbon. Beloved companion of Missy the family's pet Chihuahua. Served 46 years (1957 to 2003) as a member of the International Longshoreman's Association (ILA) ports of New York and New Jersey.

Served 9 years (1985 to 1994) as a member of the New York Taxi and Limousine Commission.

Reposing at the Kennedy-Roth Funeral Home 41-45 58th Street Woodside, New York 11377. Sunday 2-5 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial Monday September 18, 2017 10:45 AM at Queen of Angels R.C. Church. Located at 44-04 Skillmann Ave. Sunnyside, New York. Interment to follow at Saint John Cemetery. Middle Village, NY
